既にJake James氏がA7,A8デバイスに関しては、A7,A8デバイスで動作するPatchfinderをリリースしています。
ただまだ修正は必要なようです。

iOS 12の再マウントの手法に大きく携わったxSpiral TeamがSA12デバイスのPatchfinderの開発に取り組んでいるようです。

xSpiral Teamは、再マウントの手法を開発すると公言してからたったの6日間で完成させたという実績があります。
もちろんUmang氏の力も大きかったですが。
